We are delighted to welcome you to Kampala for the 13th Edition of the COECSA Congress. Most international delegates will require a visa to enter Uganda, and applications are made online through the official Government of Uganda immigration portal.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Apply early — we recommend submitting your application at least four to six weeks before you travel.
• Letter of invitation — if you need one to accompany your application, please contact the COECSA Congress Secretariat.
• Your responsibility — securing your visa remains the responsibility of each delegate, though we are happy to help with supporting information where we can.
